This quarter's DIVelopment workshop series focuses on the job search. Hosted by the Office of the Dean of Students in the Divinity School, these events are open to students across our degree programs.
Autumn Quarter 2023 focused on preparation for PhD applications. Each session will be hosted by Prof. Jeff Stackert, Director of MA Studies, and feature Divinity School faculty.

How do you assess your skills and interests to even start a job search? What are some of the best methods for looking for jobs? Nathan Hardy will help us think about taking the next step in your careers.
January 31, “Summer Planning: Internships” with Nathan Hardy, Kathrin Kranz (UChicagoGRAD), and Brie Loskota (Executive Director, Martin Marty Center).
What are you doing this summer? This workshop will introduce the plethora of internship opportunities available over the summer through UChicagoGRAD and the Divinity School. Past summer interns will be on hand to share their experiences.

How do you ace an interview? Start with this workshop that will introduce you to interviewing techniques and give you a chance to practice. We’ll also cover some tips for preparing your CV.
