What We Do:

  • Serve as point of contact for prospective students
  • Manage the admissions process
  • Manage the financial aid process
  • Oversee orientation and matriculation
  • Assist students in navigating the registration process
  • Support faculty in ensuring progress toward degree requirements
  • Manage scheduling for doctoral student qualifying exams and AMRS oral exams
  • Advise students on questions regarding the Divinity School’s policies
  • Manage reimbursements to students
  • Manage fellowship application processes
  • Organize and support special events including orientation, admitted students day, and Convocation
  • In partnership with UChicagoGRAD, support professionalization programs and career advising
  • Manage student disciplinary processes
  • Serve as a hub to connect students with campus and community resources
