Alumna Named Among Winners of 2025 Lautenschlaeger Award

Christine Trotter, PhD’21, is among the 2025 Manfred Lautenschlaeger Award for Theological Promise winners. Her award-winning book, Hellenistic Jews and Consolatory Rhetoric: 2 Maccabees, Wisdom of Solomon, 1 Thessalonians, and Hebrews, was published by Mohr Siebeck in 2023. 

Trotter is currently an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at Georgetown University.
