Leo Walker

Executive Assistant to the Dean
Leo Walker joined the Divinity School as the Executive Assistant to the Dean in 2024. Leo has previously held several key roles in academic societies, professional orchestras, and universities, where he developed a high-level of administrative support, project management, and event coordination.
As a scholar, Leo focuses on the works of English composer Benjamin Britten. His research examines Britten's compositions through the lenses of religion, disability, and trauma studies in Post-World War II Britain. He holds an MA from Western Michigan University, where he also obtained his undergraduate degrees in Classical Voice and Dance. Leo currently supports the American Musicological Society Council as Chapter Representative.
In his free time, Leo enjoys listening to the New Books Network Podcast, watching NPR Tiny Desk Concerts, and avoiding the risk of sounding insufferably boring.
Please contact Mr. Walker for matters involving the Dean’s schedule.
